General Description

Sewerage Catchment:

• Plantation Point outfall is the discharge point for effluent from Huskisson and St Georges Basin STPs

Sewage Treatment:  

• Huskisson STP is an activated sludge plant with tertiary ponding. St Georges Basin STP is also an activated sludge plant with tertiary ponding, phosphorus removal

Outfall:

• The outfall is located at the end of Plantation (=Lamb’s) Point, east of the township of Vincentia and within the confines of Jervis Bay. The outfall discharges at the edge of a rock platform into water depths of approximately 2 m.
